1. Orders, Deposits & Payments

Invoice Validity: Manual invoices must be paid within 4 days of the issue date to secure a Batch #1 allocation. Unpaid allocations will automatically roll over to the Batch #2 waitlist unless arranged otherwise.

Deposits & Cancellations: All deposits (Option A) and upfront payments (Option B) are strictly non-refundable as they initiate custom manufacturing. In the event of a cancellation prior to dispatch, payments will be converted into a wholesale credit toward future standard stock.

Wholesale Credit: The $250 credit (Option B) is valid for future reorders only, applies to product cost (not freight), and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All accounts operate on a Pro Forma (Payment in Advance) basis. Final dispatch of goods and display fixtures is strictly contingent upon full payment clearing.
2. Fulfillment & Freight Flexibility

Estimated Timelines: The Nov/Dec 2026 delivery window for Batch #1 is an estimate. While we strive to meet this target, we are not liable for delays caused by manufacturing, global supply chains, or transit.

Variable Freight Costs: Freight charges are calculated based on current market rates. We reserve the right to adjust final shipping costs on your invoice at the time of dispatch if third-party courier or postal rates increase.
3. Display Rack Loan & Swap-Out Guarantee

Fixture Ownership: The custom display rack is supplied on a free-loan basis and remains the property of our company. It must be used exclusively to display our postcards.

Swap-Out Execution: The 3 × Performance Swap-Out Guarantee allows you to replace up to 3 slow-moving variations. Replacements will be shipped with your next reorder upon receipt of returned stock or verified photo proof of decommissioning.

Termination of Account: Either party reserves the right to terminate the wholesale relationship at any time by written notice.

Rack Return & Freight Liability: Upon account termination, the loaned display rack must be returned in good condition. The initiating (ending) party is strictly responsible for all return freight and shipping costs associated with sending the rack back.
4. Photography & Pricing Policies

Phase 2 Logistics: The regional summer photoshoot is a complimentary initiative. Timelines, specific locations, and exact release dates for localized stock remain at our sole discretion and may be adjusted due to weather, travel logistics, or production schedules.

Pricing & Tiers: Wholesale pricing, bulk discount tiers, and the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) outlined in the pricing table are subject to periodic review and may be updated with reasonable notice.
